System Support (Hybrid)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Provide technical support to resolve end-user issues promptly and effectively.
• Offer ERP system support, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365) & Microsoft Business Central (Cloud)
• Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related problems efficiently.
• Coordinate with project consultants on system upgrades, enhancements, or new feature requests.
• Support activities related to system setup, configuration, testing, and reporting to ensure smooth operation.

Job Requirements:

• At least Professional Cert/ Diploma/ Degree
• At least 2 years experiences in providing technical support for ERP system.
• Good understanding of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics / Cloud)
• Knowledge in programming languages such as Java, PHP, .NET, C++, web programming, and MS SQL Server is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, and CRM solutions are preferred.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
