Senior IT Executive / Assistant IT Manager (MNC)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Plan, set up, and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and hardware systems.
• Ensure systems are secure, stable, and efficient, following best practices and compliance standards.
• Work with IT teams (application development, cybersecurity) to support new systems and business initiatives.
• Manage daily operations and IT projects within the infrastructure team.
• Serve as the main contact for vendor coordination, support, and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years in IT infrastructure with strong experience in networking, servers, hardware, and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of security compliance standards ISO 27001 preferred.
• Experience with Cloud services, PABX systems, network infrastructure, and VPN management.
• Strong technical expertise, project management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
