Procurement Technology Senior Analyst (Coupa)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• System Configuration & Management Manage Coupa system settings, configurations, and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of procurement platforms.

• Technical Support Provide advanced support to resolve complex system issues and act as the escalation point.

• Systems Analytics Monitor system performance and user data to identify improvements and enhance user adoption.

• Continuous Improvement Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

• Release Management Oversee software releases, assess impacts, and ensure smooth implementation of updates.

• Deployment & Expansion Support Support new system rollouts and expansions, including user readiness, communication, and change management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement technology systems management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, system controls (e.g., SOx), and release management best practices.
• Proven experience supporting complex, global technology platforms and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Experience with major procurement or ERP platforms (Coupa preferred).
• Process improvement certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
