IT Project Manager – SaaS & Custom Application Projects

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Support the planning and delivery of SaaS implementations, system integrations, and custom application development projects from initiation to go-live.
• Assist in defining project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and maintaining project documentation including RAID logs and status reports.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and aligned with project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, track risks and issues, and escalate concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular meetings, updates, and reporting.
• Support testing activities (SIT, UAT, regression), data migration, system configuration, and go-live readiness to ensure quality delivery.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.
• Min 2 years of experience in project management, preferably within SaaS or application development environments.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Technical knowledge of system integrations, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and vendor coordination.
