ERP Project Manager

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Support the planning and execution of ERP projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Assist in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and preparing functional specifications.
• Support system configuration, testing (UAT/SIT), and deployment activities.
• Track project progress, issues, and risks, and assist with project reporting and documentation.
• Participate in user training, system adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation efforts.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or project coordination roles.
• Prior knowledge or exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Good understanding of project management principles and system implementation life cycles.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Willing to work in a hybrid working arrangement.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, with an interest in long-term career development.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
