Senior Commercial Operations Executive / AM

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

1. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Lead coordination between principals, suppliers, affiliated entities, and internal teams to support the Sales & Marketing function
• Follow up on and coordinate key business activities

2. Demand Planning & Inventory Coordination

• Oversee demand planning and inventory coordination across all channels
• Work closely with sales teams, principals, and production teams to align forecasting, MOQ planning, and replenishment timelines
• Monitor inventory movement and identify potential risks (overstock or shortages)
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Logistics) to ensure smooth execution of business plans
• Provide forecasts to principals as required
• Follow up with key accounts on inventory planning for ongoing sales items

3. Strategic Analysis & Collaboration

• Prepare data to support the Sales & Marketing team in compiling monthly business reports
• Conduct market analysis on pricing and raw material availability as needed
• Provide insights to Procurement on items requiring further price negotiation
• Follow up on and coordinate key business activities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field is required.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the chemical, rubber, coating, or food industry.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables), PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills, analytical thinking, and forecasting.
• Strong business acumen and good project management skills.
