Solution Support Engineer

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Candidates will support the solution team in application deployment, documentation preparation, and general implementation activities.
• Responsible for conducting basic troubleshooting and providing technical support for hardware, operating systems, and software solutions.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications, including providing on-site customer support and performing system updates.
• Resolving level 1 support issues.

Job Requirements:

• A relevant degree or certification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Preferred 1 to 2 years of professional experience in software development. (Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply)
• Possess basic knowledge of software application, IT hardware, networking, and configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
