Customer Service Specialist (Order Management) – MNC

  • Salary RM4,000.00 - RM8,500.00

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Process and manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment in line with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Verify order accuracy, including pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and contract terms.
  • Work closely with sales, supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve order issues, shortages, or changes.
  • Track order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to customers and internal teams.
  • Handle order changes, returns, cancellations, and credit requests accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP or order management systems.
  • Support month-end activities such as backlog reviews, billing accuracy, and coordination of revenue recognition.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to internal customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues in a professional and timely manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of working experience in Order Management/Customer Service/Supply Chain
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or order management systems.
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational (MNC) environment.
  • Able to start work the soonest would be good.
