Customer Service cum Logistics Manager

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee the full order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring accurate processing, timely shipment, and an excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate with carriers, forwarders, and shipping lines on routing and schedules; manage customs clearance, HS code classification, and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor and drive key metrics and order accuracy; track service performance, control freight and shipment costs, and support month-end reconciliation with Commercial and Finance teams.
• Lead and guide the team, resolve customer issues promptly, and work closely with Planning, vendors, 3PL partners, and teams to ensure inventory readiness and smooth product launches.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Business Management or related
• At least 7-8 years working experience in Customer Operations, Order Management, and Logistics, preferably within FMCG or commercial environments; regional exposure is an added advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade compliance and shipping documentation, including customs clearance processes, HS code and tariff classification, and export/import regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel, with the ability to manage KPI reporting, freight cost reconciliation, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
