SAP FI Support Analyst

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Maintaining and supporting the SAP Core System and ongoing development and enhancement with quality assurance in SAP FI and linked solutions.
• Maintaining the documentation (Business Processes Description, End-User Manuals, Training Doc, Testing Cases, etc.) of the SAP Core System in the field of FI (including Fixed Assets and Invoice Verification).
• Customising processes and interfaces; carrying out associated test scenarios.
• Creating and carrying out training programmes.
• Regularly delivering 1st and 2nd-level SAP Core System assistance to end customers.
• Participating in Asian SAP Projects to establish new or refine existing operational practices.
• Ensures compliance standards are satisfied by organisational and procedural procedures such as Group rules implementation, training, tracking compliance, and so on.
• Manage employee health and safety proactively to enhance the Company’s health and safety performance consistently.
• Employees are obligated to do such extra responsibilities as may be reasonably necessary in addition to their roles.

Job Requirements:

• A candidate with a University degree in business or technical field or equivalent qualification/experience
• A minimum of three years of professional business and technical knowledge in the SAP R/3 FI domain is required.
• Knowledge of the SAP architecture’s interfaces as well as related external systems
• Excellent knowledge of managerial practises and processes.
• The ability to swiftly learn new technologies and technical capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, conversational, and organisational skills.
• A structured and goal-oriented working style, aggressiveness, and focus on speedy execution.
• Willingness to engage in SAP roll-out initiatives across Asia, travel, and offer frequent end-user support.
• Capability to operate in an international team with a focus on service
