Senior IT Executive ( MNC Pharma)

Location: Ampang, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Participate in IT infrastructure and end-user service projects, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and providing on-site (smart hands) support.
• Deliver key technical documentation and support user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
• Collaborate with global support teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and escalate when necessary.
• Oversee coordination and execution of IT project activities, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
• Provide end-to-end support for application and server migration, Windows and workstation setup, as well as network transition, integration, and IT automation processes.
• Handle cybersecurity operations including firewall management, Active Directory configuration, access control, and administration of email systems and Microsoft 365.
• Manage data backup, printer server migration, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation activities while ensuring smooth daily IT operations and reliable site-level service performance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and systems support in manufacturing background.
• Strong expertise in server management, network integration, and end-user IT services.
• Proven ability to manage IT operations independently and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional and global teams.
• Good communication skills and capable of producing technical documentation.
