Sales Executive (Sport Equipment)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

1. Actively visit and engage with key customers such as clubs, resorts, golf resort, sports centres, and retail outlets to strengthen brand presence.

2. Sales & Business Development
   • Achieve assigned sales target and support A/R collection
   • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
   • Identify and develop new business opportunities and dealers
   • Maintain visibility of sales pipeline and opportunities
3. Customer Engagement
   • Conduct regular sales visits and build strong relationships with customers
   • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations
   • Handle enquiries, feedback, and basic problem-solving
4. Sales Coordination & Execution
   • Prepare quotation, proposals, and basic presentation
   • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requirements
   • Ensure tasks and assignments are completed within agreed timeframes
5. Market Development
   • Conduct basic market research and gather feedback from customers
   • Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends
   • Share relevant market information with the team
6. Demo Day & Product Promotion
   • Plan and support demo day activities for Golf, Squash, and Padel and so on.
   • Assist in promoting products and engaging with customers during events

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B experience preferred)
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply
• Willing to travel outstation as required and possess own transport
• Able to work independently with a high sense of responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
