Sales Compensation Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)
- Salary RM3,000-RM6,500
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Role Purpose:
The Sales Compensation & Performance Analyst will serve as the strategic owner of the organization’s incentive frameworks. You will bridge the gap between Sales, HR, and Finance by ensuring that commission and bonus schemes are accurately calculated, financially sound, and aligned with business growth objectives.
Job Descriptions:
- Track business performance and calculate all commission and bonus payments for each business unit, following approved plans and policies.
- Work with accounting to make sure sales incentive costs are properly recorded in the balance sheet.
- Help business units and HR review sales incentive plans, and suggest or implement changes when needed.
- Maintain the new sales incentive system that calculates and manages incentive payouts.
- Run payout simulations based on business results.
- Analyze sales productivity to help management understand how well sales incentive plans are working.
- Keep the customer-to-sales hierarchy mapping up to date, so performance and payouts are accurate.
- Work closely with HR and sales teams to ensure payouts are correct.
- Support the annual budgeting process as needed.
