Indoor Sales Executive

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and develop relationships with distributors and customer accounts to support business growth.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, provide product information, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Support private label and OEM projects by coordinating quotations, samples, and customer requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers on quotations, orders, and ongoing business opportunities.
• Monitor and update sales activities, customer records, and pipeline information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Production, R&D, Supply Chain, Logistics, Design, and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment and project execution.
• Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution by working with the relevant departments.
• Develop a good understanding of the company’s product portfolio and customer segments to provide suitable recommendations.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to identify business opportunities and support continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on new products, promotions, and industry developments while carrying out other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 0 to 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, export sales, or account support is preferred.
• Able to communicate professionally in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, CRM systems, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.
• Strong follow-up discipline and willingness to learn technical products.
• Interest in automotive, detailing, coatings, chemicals, industrial products, or manufacturing is an
  advantage.
