IT Technical Lead

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Design and implement the technical architecture for our solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Make critical decisions regarding technology stacks, tools, and methodologies to best support project goals.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the technical team, including freelancers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Develop and test prototypes to validate architectural choices and drive innovation.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure technical strategies align with business objectives and project timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in software development and architecture, with at least five years of expertise in AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, with a focus on JavaScript (primary) and Python, and experience in React, Node.js, FastAPI, MongoDB, and Postgres.
• Strong understanding of open-source tools and integration methods, particularly in AI, business automation, and language models such as those from Hugging Face.
• Proven experience with Amazon Web Services, Kubernetes, serverless deployment, and scaling SaaS products.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
