IT Support Executive- Microsoft Dynamic 365

Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee all IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of IT activities.
• Provide daily support for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, system applications, telephone PBX systems, and mobile devices.
• Coordinate with suppliers for software licensing, IT equipment procurement and management, and the setup of network infrastructure.
• Design and manage local networks to enhance system performance.
• Ensure IT security and monitor anti-virus activities.
• Assist with system implementation and offer training and technical support to users with varying levels of IT expertise.
• Regularly back up company data files.
• Track and resolve user-reported issues through teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure proper and timely documentation of IT activities is recorded and maintained.
• Keep an accurate and up-to-date inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in project implementation, network planning, maintenance, or core network management.
• Strong technical expertise in core network products, including understanding feature specifications and testing requirements.
• Knowledge of IT standards, policies, regulations, compliance, and codes of conduct.
• Language: English and Malay
