Customer Service Executive (Order Management)

Location: Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Manage inbound calls and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, delivering excellent customer support.
• Support internal sales operations by preparing quotations, order confirmations, delivery orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Support sales order processing, track deliveries, and follow up on outstanding collections.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Communicate proactively with customers on order progress and status updates.
• Communicate important feedback from the sales team and customers.
• Ensure proper filing of documents and records.
• Maintain and process sales data, progress reports, and other related sales records.
• Handle customer correspondence on documentation submission, status tracking, and approval follow-ups.
• Coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents in accordance with requirements.
• Assist in all other administrative task as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of working experience in Order Management/Customer Relationship Management/Supply Chain
• Good time management, communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness.
• Ability to work independently, positive attitude, and a good team player.
• The candidate able to work in fast-paced environment environment.
• Permanent & Immediate Vacancies available.
• English , Malay and Mandarin Speaker will stand advantage.
• MS Word, PowerPoints, and Excel (V-look Up & Pivot Table) Savvy
