Customer Service Executive (Order Management)

Location: Kapar, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Manage end-to-end customer order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfilment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries on order status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics) to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor material availability and delivery timelines to identify and address potential issues.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and in line with company policies and standards.
• Handle daily customer service and order issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Support key customer service KPIs such as order accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Follow Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) policies and guidelines.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, internal teams, and external logistics partners.
• Ensure strong operational execution and high service standards.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or relevant.
• 2-3 years of working experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or similar operational roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or order fulfilment environments is preferred.
• Exposure to ERP or order management systems is an advantage.
• Strong customer service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational, coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude.
