P2P Subject Matter Expert – 1 Year Contract
- Salary RM 9,000-RM11,000
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Provide global support across multiple regions, including China, APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and the US.
- Lead projects and engage with stakeholders worldwide.
- Facilitate and lead group meetings, presentations, and discussions to address ongoing issues and drive projects forward.
- Serve as the second-line support for P2P issue resolution (primarily involving suppliers, internal stakeholders, helpdesk, and the AP team), while identifying key roadblocks and eliminating them proactively.
- Resolve complex issues by coordinating with relevant teams to ensure permanent fixes, and educate users or direct them to appropriate training to close identified knowledge gaps.
- Communicate with suppliers and guide them on effective transaction processes with AZ to minimize invoice rejections or payment delays.
- Collaborate with other teams within Buying Channel Support (e.g., Stakeholder Management & Training, Communication Manager, PO Requestors/Budget Holders, Supplier Enablement) to prevent recurring issues.
- Implement changes as needed to enhance compliance and improve user experience.
- Ensure objectives are met in a timely and accurate manner.
- Analyze existing processes and workflows, and recommend and implement lean methodologies in daily operations to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
Job Requirements:
- 4-6 years of Accounts Payable experience with in-depth process knowledge including hands-on experience with Purchase-to-Pay systems such as Coupa, Ariba, or SAP.
- Proven ability to lead meetings, deliver presentations, and facilitate discussions to drive project completion and issue resolution.
- Solid understanding of 3-way match invoices, purchase requisitions/orders (PR/PO), and the goods receipt process.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Prior experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) or an internationally structured organization.
- Language requirements: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Able to work in the office 3 days per week (Hybrid).
- Self-confident in delivering high-quality service with minimal supervision, while also being an effective team player.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail, accuracy, assertiveness, and a proactive approach to investigating issues.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage
