Trade Finance Executive

Location: Damansara, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Assess trade claims and supporting documentation to determine validity, ensuring alignment with contractual terms, approved promotional rebates, and internal company policies.
• Investigate the causes of claims that exceed Exceedra approval limits, and compile necessary justifications and supporting documents for management review and approval.
• Accurately log all claims into the trade claims tracker to prevent duplication, and ensure all related documents are saved on SharePoint.
• Submit all verified claims in Exceedra.
• Hold monthly meetings with the Trade Sales team and/or distributors to review distributor Statements of Account and address outstanding claims.
• Collaborate with the Trade Sales team to complete quarterly reconciliations of pending claims and support the finalization of quarterly customer confirmations.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum of 3-5 years, related working experience.
• Must be proficient in Ms Word, Ms Excel (Pivot Table/Vlookup)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work under stress environment
