IT Sales Manager

Salary:

2 positions available:

Account Manager: RM3500 – RM5000 + Commission + Bonus

Senior Account Manager: RM5000 – RM8000 + Commission + Bonus

Location:

Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Take care of existing clients, source and develop new clients.
• Conduct presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Negotiate with clients, develop and present sales proposals/ contracts.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities, sales action plans, and schedules.
• Conduct market research and surveys on competitors, market conditions, and product development.
• Participate in sales events, monitor, follow up, and report on sales activities.
• Handle sales inquiries and concerns to ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Conduct quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date filing records and updating sales information in the CRM.
• Prepare and generate or process quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, process delivery orders, and invoices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Must possess own transport.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills.
• High adaptability and ability to work in a team.
• Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
