Project Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Hybrid role)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation projects.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from clients.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend ERP best practices.
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Lead project planning, timelines, resource allocation and project governance.
• Coordinate with technical consultants, developers and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, user requirement sessions and solution demonstrations.
• Manage project risks, issues, scope changes and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline and budget.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training and deployment activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their operational needs and business objectives

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of ERP implementation/project consulting experience.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is an added advantage.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to understand client business requirements and recommend practical ERP solutions.
• Open to all nationalities.
