Recruitment/ Training Development/Engagement Human Resource Senior Executive

We are looking for Talents for our clients who have global presence:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute full spectrum of Talent Acquisition 
  • Engage internal stakeholders and external vendors for effective recruitment processes 
  • Develop sustainable Talent Acquisition Strategy and drive end to end talent acquisition activities within the targeted timeline.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the position’s requirements and attract talent to company
  • Coordinate and work closely with hiring managers and HR Head to identify staffing needs requirements and expectations.
  • To source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) to attract high quality talents.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person/virtual interviews.
  • Provide market insight to the business such as competitive intelligence and researches regarding compensation trends, roles movement in the industry, elements affecting talent acquisition and staff retention.
  • Identify and assess training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.
  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
  • Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
  • Effectively manage the training budget.
  • Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
  • Work on establishing a strategic tool for the organization’s growth, productivity, and ability to attract and retain valuable employees.
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate internal communication plan to ensure the vision, values, initiatives, and organizational information are communicated regularly and effectively.
  • Help develop and implement the company’s diversity initiatives and strategies to attract, hire and maintain a diverse workplace.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 3-6 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition, Training, Development & Employee Engagement or similar role
  • Good in set up framework to move Talent Acquisition agenda forward
  • Candidate with experience in multi national company and matrix reporting structure will have added advantage
  • Efficient in using social media and actively in network, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Good written and interpersonal communication skill
