Payroll & Human Resource Executive

Location:  Petaling Jaya (Near LRT Station Kelana Jaya Line), Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in handling the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing, including salary computation, allowances, incentives, overtime (OT) claims, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements

• Prepare and generate payroll summary reports accurately and within stipulated timelines
• Liaise with statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, and other relevant authorities on monthly submissions, contributions, and related matters
• Prepare and issue Letters of Offer and employment-related documentation
• Manage onboarding and offboarding administrative processes, including employee documentation and exit procedures
• Support staff offboarding processes, including exit clearance, final salary settlement, and necessary correspondence
• Track and maintain employee movements such as salary increments, transfers, and changes in compensation and benefits
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring proper documentation and filing of HR information
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in payroll or HR operations
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
• Keen interest in developing a career as a Payroll Specialist with guidance and support from experienced leaders
