Assistant Operations Manager

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for ordering fulfillment and processing of orders.
• Monitor orders and shipping status of incoming shipments.
• Prepare sales and insurance documents.
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Inventory and contract management.
• Liaison with overseas department.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 4-5 years working experience in order management / Logistics operation.
• Supervisory and communication skills
• Meticulous, resourceful, and independent.
• Computer literacy
