Sales Manager – Steel products

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base.
• Meet with potential customers and develop long-lasting relationships that can address their needs.
• Keep abreast with competitors’ latest pricing and able to strategize competitive pricing for the customers.
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
• Oversee and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure they meet sales targets.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in liaising with government institution such as MIDA, MITI will have an added advantage.
• At least 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing role from industrial product background.
• Able to lead a team and possess key skills in sales and marketing.
• Possess strategic thinking skills, strong leadership skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Possess analytical, strong negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
