Trade Marketing Executive (FMCG)

Location: Damansara Utama 

Job Descriptions:

• Plan and implement trade marketing campaigns and promotional activities across both modern trade and traditional channels.
• Partner closely with distributors and retailers to ensure strong product visibility, impactful merchandising displays, and effective in-store activations.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to support strategic sales and marketing decisions.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand Marketing teams to achieve business targets.
• Manage trade marketing budgets and track ROI to ensure efficient and cost-effective campaign execution.
• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate in-store execution standards and monitor competitor activities.

Job Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear, practical recommendations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and disciplined in executing campaigns.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys both analytical work and hands-on market involvement.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
