Secretary to GM (Sales Department)

  • Salary RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Organize and manage departmental activities, including coordinating monthly sales meetings, preparing minutes, and sharing updates with the team.
  • Prepare and maintain reports such as inventory, sales performance, budget tracking, and debtor aging.
  • Support daily sales operations, including preparing Purchase Requisitions (PR), Proforma Invoices (PI), and quotations.
  • Coordinate indent orders, shipments, and follow up with suppliers.
  • Maintain and update product documentation, including HS Code, TDS, SDS, and COA.
  • Assist with payment tracking, Statements of Account (SOA), and liaise with the Finance team when needed.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in secretarial and administrative support in sales or relevant work experience.
  • Capable of working independently, with a proactive and meticulous approach
  • Demonstrates coordination, organizational skills, time management, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office and has knowledge in SAP system is preferred.
  • Experience with a CRM system is an added advantage.
