Sales Executive (Fresh Grad)

Location: Johor Bahru

Job Descriptions:

• Deliver outstanding services and foster long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to ensure successful closure of sales.
• Offer after-sales support, including troubleshooting, advice, consultancy, and addressing inquiries, complaints, and orders through regular visits to strengthen customer relationships.
• Assist with payment collections and follow up as needed.
• Develop action plans to effectively identify and target new potential customers.
• Conduct compelling presentations, prepare tailored proposals, and negotiate pricing with clients.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies to meet annual business goals.
• Identify new markets and business growth opportunities.
• Conduct site visits and attend on-location meetings as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma or Degree or equivalent experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Language: English, Malay, Mandarin
• Strong sales-driven and customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled in negotiation and building strong customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel and possess valid driving license.
