RPA Developer

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using the Automation Anywhere 360 platform.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and automation workflows.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to improve performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and coding standards throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Document automation processes, configurations, and support procedures.
• Provide support for bot monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years experiences in RPA development, with exposure in UiPath.
• Familiarity with Automation Anywhere is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the full RPA lifecycle – from process analysis through to production support.
• Knowledge of automation governance, version control, and exception handling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
