Quantity Surveyor

Location: Sungai Buloh, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Calculate material quantities using AutoCAD and procure materials in accordance with the specified requirements.
• Source direct and indirect materials and supplies requested by internal departments, the interior design team, and the on-site renovation team.
• To ensure the supply for renovation process is always smooth.
• Compare value and pricing across multiple sources.
• Planning, entry and documentation of all goods for project operation.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate and secure favorable credit terms for the company.
• Manage and liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Supply Chain Management.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in ID industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, positive attitude, and a good team player.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking & flexible.
• Able to travel on-site.
