Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinated with in-house designers across the Regional region to facilitate efficient content sharing and alignment.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams—including marketing, creative, and technical departments—to ensure consistent and cohesive content execution.
• Assisted in localizing global content for various Regional markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance in all messaging.
• Tracked and analyzed content performance metrics to guide future campaigns and enhance audience engagement.
• Ensured all content distribution activities complied with corporate branding guidelines and regional regulatory standards.
• Provided support in drafting and editing content, maintaining a consistent tone, voice, and style across channels.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 3-5 years of experience in content management or digital marketing, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Familiar in using Veeva PromoMats or similar content management systems will be added advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-cultural team environments.
• Highly adaptable and flexible, with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
