Project Manager (Strategy Planning)

Location: Kuala Lumpur 

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee project execution from initiation through to closure
• Establish project scope, goals, and key deliverables
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource deployment
• Identify and engage stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout
• Plan, manage, and control project budgets and resources
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation measures
• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure effective collaboration
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports
• Ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards and compliance obligations
• Manage scope variations and conduct post-implementation reviews
• Develop, maintain, and manage complete project documentation
• Ensure all project activities adhere to relevant policies, laws, and regulatory requirements
• Manage internal commitments and align leadership expectations on project status, milestones, scope, budget, quality, and benefit delivery
• Provide support to other ESS initiatives and priorities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (Business, Management, Engineering)

• Fluency in English

• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in project management preferably in a Shared Services environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel functionalities (pivot tables, basic formulas, graphs), MS Teams, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar tools.

• Good understanding and practical knowledge of end-to-end processes.
