Project Engineer (HVAC/Cooling System/CRAC)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Support Project Management in coordinating with internal departments to secure necessary resources for projects under direct supervision.
• Understand client requirements to ensure project objectives are achieved and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Participate in project meetings with clients and stakeholders to monitor progress and address concerns.
• Assist in developing and implementing project schedules to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Contribute to achieving targeted project profit margins through efficient planning and execution.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, partners, and internal business units across the organization.
• Oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) activities at the site, ensuring smooth and efficient execution
• Lead, motivate, and develop project team members to drive continuous improvement and optimize performance.
• Ensure high standards and quality of installation work from receipt of purchase order to final payment collection.
• Keep clients informed of project status, providing timely updates and addressing issues promptly.
• Deliver quality service throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the PMO Director in planning implementation schedules and allocating resources effectively to meet project timelines and budgets.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management and hand-on experience with cooling system in data center projects.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and customer-oriented team player.
