Personal Assistant to President
- Salary RM4,000 - RM4,500
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the President
- Manage calendar, meetings, and scheduling, ensuring smooth coordination and prioritization
- Prepare meeting materials, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes
- Handle communications, including drafting emails and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Support cross-functional coordination and maintain task trackers
- Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
- Assist with ad-hoc and occasional personal duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, Secretary, or Administrator.
- Candidates with experience in preparing Minutes of Meeting will have an added advantage.
- Proficient in in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
