Personal Assistant to President

  • Salary RM4,000 - RM4,500

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the President
  • Manage calendar, meetings, and scheduling, ensuring smooth coordination and prioritization
  • Prepare meeting materials, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes
  • Handle communications, including drafting emails and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support cross-functional coordination and maintain task trackers
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
  • Assist with ad-hoc and occasional personal duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, Secretary, or Administrator.
  • Candidates with experience in preparing Minutes of Meeting will have an added advantage.
  • Proficient in in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
