Inventory Controller

Location: Port Klang

Job Descriptions:

• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock movement from receiving to finished goods, ensure sufficient parts for production, maintain FIFO practices, and verify accuracy of reports (FG, transfer, stock take).
• Daily Operations Coordination: Plan and oversee delivery processes, ensure on-time delivery with no delays, and address any operational issues promptly.
• Manpower Management: Arrange and supervise daily workforce activities, provide guidance, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Reporting & Monitoring: Review daily reports, track stock levels, and ensure data accuracy for operational planning.
• Customer & Supplier Coordination: Handle customer inquiries, provide updates, and maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to 5S practices, conduct stock takes, and support continuous improvement through training initiatives.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage receiving documentation, verify deliveries, and ensure proper record-keeping.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
• Willing to work in Port Klang.
