GL Analyst/Senior Analyst

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

GL Analyst

• Be a Partner: Act as a reliable point of contact for customers, providing professional service and timely solutions.
• Master the Process: Own the end-to-end R2R transaction cycle, from daily processing to resolving complex investigations.
• Drive Clarity: Analyze entries and monthly reports to catch and fix discrepancies before they impact the bottom line.
• Adapt & Evolve: Play an active role in system upgrades and process changes, ensuring our documentation stays ahead of the curve.
• Strengthen the Team: Support your peers and mentor new joiners to help the team reach its collective goals.
• Maintain Standards: Keep our operations secure and transparent by adhering to SOX controls and delivering insightful KPI reporting.
• Salary Up to RM5200*

Capex & Fixed Asset

• Operational Excellence: Execute daily Fixed Asset and Capital accounting transactions in alignment with global and local policies.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all financial reports and month-end requirements.
• Account Analysis: Monitor accounting entries to identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively.
• Reconciliations: Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations per Global Policy, collaborating with stakeholders to clear outstanding items.
• Process Optimization: Support system enhancements and process updates, including the maintenance of standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.
• Compliance & Audit: Maintain strict adherence to SOX/FCF controls and provide necessary support for statutory audits.

• Salary Up to RM8200*

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA /CIMA or related courses
• At least 2-6 years’ experience in handling GL/R2R Process
• Knowledge in fixed asset and SAP System will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in English
