Customer Service Executive

  • Salary RM4,000 – RM5,000

Location: Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring a high standard of service and timely resolution.
  • Prepare of quotations, order confirmations, delivery orders, invoices, and other related documentation.
  • Process sales orders accurately and monitor delivery status.
  • To ensure on-time delivery and resolve any fulfillment issues proactively.
  • Liaise with customers to provide timely updates on order progress and shipment status.
  • Compile and maintain sales data, progress reports, and other sales-related records to support performance tracking and reporting.
  • Communicate with customers via official correspondence regarding document submission, documentation tracking, and approval status follow-ups.
  • Prepare and coordinate required shipping documentation in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records (both physical and digital) for all job-related documentation to ensure traceability and audit readiness.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Economics, Business Studies/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service
  • Meticulous and service-driven, with a genuine enthusiasm for supporting stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
