Business Development Manager

  • Salary RM10,000 - RM12,000

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Job Descriptions:

  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities, translating them into concrete commercial offering
  • Expand sales coverage across targeted industries and geographic regions
  • Conduct market visits, customer engagements, and follow-up activities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Prepare quotations, coordinate product sampling, and provide accurate rolling sales forecasts
  • Collaborate closely with Technical, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and effective responses to customer needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies
  • Prepare monthly report and presentation for senior management, supporting strategic planning and decision-making
  • Perform other business development-related duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar business development or sales function
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and managing complex key accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
