Automation Technician (Healthcare Machinery Industry)

Location: Kuala Lumpur 

Job Descriptions:

• Automation Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, monitoring, and providing technical support for healthcare automation systems at customer sites.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance according to established schedules and procedures.
• Ensures that all systems operate reliably, safely, and in compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the healthcare environment.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to healthcare customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, electrical, and basic networking systems.
• Assist in the installation, setup, configuration, and commissioning of automation systems.
• Perform system testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required.
• Guide end-users (e.g., healthcare staff) on basic on-site training sessions when required.
• Communicate technical information clearly and professionally to customers.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
• 2 years and above of experience in technical support, field service, or maintenance (preferably in automation or healthcare machinery)
