AP Analyst (Invoicing) – 1 Year Contract

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Checked and approved vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Answered and resolved complex accounts payable questions within deadlines.
• Reviewed balance sheets and cleared out old, unresolved items like GR/IR accounts.
• Investigated open issues and worked with vendors and internal teams to fix billing errors quickly.
• Helped with compliance audits and answered auditor questions when needed.
• Helped update system workflows, wrote process guides, and supported new ways to work more efficiently.
• Followed financial controls and company policies for all invoice processing.
• Helped team members with daily tasks and mentored new hires to help them settle in smoothly.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of accounting work experiences. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Graduates pursuing a professional qualification (Part Time) in ACCA, CIMA or any other relevant qualification are welcome.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Coupa, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• An effective communicator in English and Mandarin to support China Entity
