Admin Executive (Sales Administrative)

  • Salary RM4,000 - RM4,500

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, engineers, suppliers, and clients to support daily operations.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries, purchase orders, and delivery status.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and office coordination.
  • Support procurement and logistics coordination when required.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be willing to work in Puchong/ Shah Alam.
  • Mandarin Speaker is needed as to deal with China vendor.
  • Ms Excel (V-look Up& Pivot Table) Savvy.
  • Full-Time.
