Admin Executive (Sales Administrative)
- Salary RM4,000 - RM4,500
Location: Puchong, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team, engineers, suppliers, and clients to support daily operations.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, purchase orders, and delivery status.
- Maintain accurate sales records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and office coordination.
- Support procurement and logistics coordination when required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be willing to work in Puchong/ Shah Alam.
- Mandarin Speaker is needed as to deal with China vendor.
- Ms Excel (V-look Up& Pivot Table) Savvy.
- Full-Time.
