Accounts Executive

Location: Ampang Park LRT/MRT , Selangor

Job Descriptions:

•  Handle full set accounts, prepare monthly/quarterly management report and maintain account in accounting software
• Prepare annual financial audit and tax submission to IRB. Liaise with auditors for annual audit report and tax agents for tax related matters.
• Prepare daily cash flow forecast and liaise with bankers for banking transactions.
• Collection of rental.
• Prepared related company reconciliation.
• Assist in adhoc assignment as required.

Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, Word  & Accounting software knowledge
• Possess good attitude, independent and willing to learn.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (for Chinese candidate only)
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Finance – Book Keeping or equivalent.
