Accountant (MNC)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare and analyze journal entries, income statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements and any other financial reports on a regular basis
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow analyses in line with local reporting standards.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors.
• Review and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Manage the preparation of company’s budget and establish reasons for variances
• Handle financial reporting, banking & treasury, tax, and government and statutory reporting.
• Evaluate financial reporting systems and accounting policies and work processes, and make recommendations for improvement
• Preparation of additional analyses and reports as requested by management

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA /CIMA or related courses
• At least 5-6 years’ experience in handling  full set of accounts
• Previous audit experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in English.
