Treasury Analyst

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Execute daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity analysis to identify surpluses and deficits.
• Propose and execute strategies to optimize the company’s cash position, ensuring alignment with global Treasury policy.
• Manage and operate critical treasury technology, including the Kyriba TMS and various e-banking platforms.
• Act as the primary liaison with banking partners for daily cash and investment activities, fostering strong external relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand cash flow requirements and support broader business objectives.
• Uphold a robust control environment by ensuring policy compliance, managing user access to banking systems, and promptly escalating control deficiencies.
• Provide backup support for team members and assist the Treasury Manager with ad-hoc projects and analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or accounting, with exposure to bank account management and international funds transfer.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with effective judgment in task prioritization and time allocation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across the enterprise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Resilient and results-oriented, with the ability to perform under pressure.
