Sales Manager

Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Drive sales efforts within the designated territory to fulfill business objectives and achieve targeted revenue.
• Develop and implement sales strategies while managing relationships with key accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training for diverse stakeholders.
• Support sales across pharmacy chains and hospitals with a primary focus on wound care medical devices.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the nationwide sales team.
• Maintain full compliance with pharmaceutical and medical device regulatory requirements (including MDA, NPRA, FDA, CE) and adhere to company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (preferred) or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven sales expertise within the pharmaceutical sector, with 6–7 years of relevant experience in medical or medical device sales channels.
• Strong network and established relationships with private and public hospitals, as well as medical professionals, including demonstrated success in driving medical device adoption in hospitals.
• Experience in wound care products is a strong advantage.
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Willing to travel throughout Malaysia.
