Sales Executive (Property)

  • Salary RM4500-RM5000

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for property investment portfolios for local market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
  • Conduct sales presentations, property consultations, and investment advisory sessions
  • Actively prospect clients through networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms
  • Organize and participate in property roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing events to generate leads
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property investment solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery, from consultation to acquisition and after-sales support
  • Stay updated on market trends, property insights, and investment opportunities across multiple regions.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in property, real estate, or investment-related industries
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage with high-value clients and provide consultative selling
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel and participate in events or exhibitions (local & overseas exposure is a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
