Sales Executive (Property)
- Salary RM4500-RM5000
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Job Descriptions:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for property investment portfolios for local market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
- Conduct sales presentations, property consultations, and investment advisory sessions
- Actively prospect clients through networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms
- Organize and participate in property roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing events to generate leads
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable property investment solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery, from consultation to acquisition and after-sales support
- Stay updated on market trends, property insights, and investment opportunities across multiple regions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in property, real estate, or investment-related industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage with high-value clients and provide consultative selling
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel and participate in events or exhibitions (local & overseas exposure is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
