HVAC Service Sales Engineer

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor 

Job Descriptions:

• Provide customer service to contract and non-contract clients to drive sales and satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate field engineers and technicians for efficient job execution.
• Achieve service sales, profit, and payment collection targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote new service opportunities.
• Ensure accurate job costing, forecasting, and high quotation success rates.
• Maintain effective operations, staff morale, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the air conditioning industry preferred.
• Junior Executive level in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.
